It all began with a sweet idea in Mom’s kitchen. Growing up, I had the privilege of witnessing my mom's culinary magic, where every dish was crafted with love and an unwavering commitment to using only the finest, freshest ingredients.

Mom instilled in me a passion for creating delectable treats as not just a skill, but an expression of warmth and joy. She prided herself in making everything from scratch and her dedication to quality was evident in every bite. You could taste the love in every dish, a sentiment that lingered long after the last bite disappeared.

Fueled by the inspiration drawn from Mom’s kitchen, I embarked on a journey to refine my own skills. In 2012, I graduated from a local culinary arts program equipped with a foundation to bring my own vision to life.

In 2015, driven by a deep-rooted love for baking and a dream to share the joyous experience of savoring homemade goodness, I founded Yellow Apron Baking Co. Now, we continue the legacy of crafting treats that go beyond the ordinary. Each confection is a testament to the principles instilled by Mom - authenticity, passion, and an unwavering commitment to using the finest ingredients available.

In 2017, life took a sweet turn when I reconnected with an old friend from school. Sharing the same passion for excellence in food and hospitality, our friendship evolved into a partnership that has brought new dimensions to Yellow Apron Baking Co. His unwavering support has been a driving force behind our growth, and in 2022, we officially joined forces, working side by side to elevate our creations and expand our offerings.
