Meet Yellow Apron Baking Co.

Pull up a seat as we share our story.

Welcome, sweet friends, to the home of Yellow Apron Baking Co. - where our flour-dusted mornings, love-laced memories, and freshly-baked goodness come together in one sunny yellow kitchen.

How it all began

Back in 2015, after having graduated with a culinary arts degree and worked in cafes, bakeries, and kitchens in and around Houston, and fueled by the lingering scents of Mom's kitchen and a fierce love for real-from-scratch baking, I introduced Yellow Apron Baking Co. to the world. Well, I introduced my side-hustle to Pearland, really.

Inspired by family tradition and old-kitchen wisdom (thanks, Mom!), I envisioned a place where every cookie, brownie, and cake is a tiny act of comfort. That vision was shaped by the simple belief that baked goods - when made with real ingredients and real heart - become vessels of memory and kindness.

A pivotal moment that changed the recipe

In 2017, life whisked in a beautiful (and unexpected!) surprise: I reconnected with someone who not only shared a love of all things delicious but also my vision for warm, handmade goodness and love for time spent with family. Fast forward to 2022, and together, we officially turned Yellow Apron Baking Co. into a true team - blending our strengths and expanding our small-batch dream. That moment shifted us from solo passion-project to a duo-sparked baking haven -  and now, this story is ours to share with you.

From our kitchen to your table - only the best

More than baked goods, we create memories you can savor. Each treat reflects our commitment to warmth, authenticity, and ‘only the best’ - because every crumb matters when shared with someone you love. Whether you're picking up cookies from La Casita Mexican Restaurant or making your way through a dessert box, we hope it carries the cozy glow of our kitchen to yours.
